About the Role
As a Support Worker at LGD Care Group, you will provide person-centred support to individuals in their own homes and within the community.
You will be supporting:
- Elderly individuals
- People with mental health needs
- Individuals with learning disabilities
- Children aged 16+ with additional needs
Key Responsibilities
Your duties may include:
- Providing companionship and social support
- Assisting with daily routines and independent living
- Supporting with meal preparation and nutrition
- Accompanying clients to appointments and community activities
- Completing shopping tasks
- Carrying out light domestic duties
- Providing medication reminders
This role focuses on promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing.

Requirements
